Musical Steps is an art installation in BGC that portrays spiral stairs with a metal rod on the side of each step. This interactive art is perfect for kids to play because every step corresponds with a designated tune or sound. 

 

Coming Into Being

 

Coming Into Being is created by Daniel Dela Cruz in 2017. The sculpture portrays a man surrounded by three rusted blocks and wires forming a foundation while stepping in a gravel of stones. The artist dedicated his art to the construction workers, because through them the idea of a building became a physical structure with their strength, blood, and sweat.  

 

Magsasaka

 

The Magsasaka mural art was made by Archie Oclos and Aleili Ariola in 2016. The painting depicts a farmer holding a salakot (native hat) in his chest, with a background of the head of a carabao on his head, a handful of paddy on his left, and a hand with a grain of rice on its palm. The artist shows the pose of the subject as if he is singing the National Anthem.
